How do I place an order?

  • Select the product you’d like to buy. Create a login or proceed with a guest login.
  • Add products to your cart or just hit Buy Now.
  • Choose or Add the delivery address.

  • Use a preferred payment mode & confirm the order.

How can I cancel my order?

  • You will not be able to cancel the order from your end.
  • You need to share the order number and cancellation reason through our customer service by email or phone number within 4 hours and we will cancel it for you.

How do I track my order?

  • Go to track your order menu at the bottom of the website.
  • Enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button.
  • This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email, you should have received.

How can I return a product?

  • You can return any product within 14 scheduled days after product delivery.
  • If it meets the terms of our policy.
  • Check on the off chance that your product meets every one of the conditions for returning.
  • Contact Support to submit a complaint or request for a return.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

After placing the order, you will an email confirmation with your order number.

How long will it take to get my package?

  • Delivery in Ireland within 2 to 4 Working days
  • Delivery outside Ireland 10 to 15 Working days
  • Please allow an extra 1 or 2 days from the estimated date of delivery,
  • if you did not receive your order within 4 to 6 days.
